Performance / Industrial Engineering Manager

Work Location : Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:
- Actively involved in performance management solutions to optimize the efficiency of operation of existing assets
- Validate the current performance of the operating facilities and develop suitable mechanism for improving future performance
- Develop and implement performance management standards, benchmarks, procedures and resources
- Develop and direct the scheduling and progress reporting for all performance management related functions
- Act as a resource to plants to improve their efficiency
- Assist plants in development of plant specific procedures to test equipment performance for baseline and degradation
- Assist plants in identifying opportunities for performance enhancement
- Assist plants in scheduling maintenance activities at intervals that optimize plant performance and maintenance costs
- Responsible for activities for performance management projects
- Provide necessary engineering support on new business development projects

Job Requirements:
- Degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- At least 7-15 years' experience in manufacturing with 5 years or more in industrial engineering and senior management role
- Experience in HDD industry and high volume manufacturing operations
- Knowledge in lean manufacturing, six sigma, ISO standard & etc.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent time management & project management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and good team player
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
