Performance / Industrial Engineering Manager
Work Location : Hong Kong
Job Responsibilities:

Actively involved in performance management solutions to optimize the efficiency of operation of existing assets |
| - |
Validate the current performance of the operating facilities and develop suitable mechanism for improving future performance |
| - |
Develop and implement performance management standards, benchmarks, procedures and resources |
| - |
Develop and direct the scheduling and progress reporting for all performance management related functions |
| - |
Act as a resource to plants to improve their efficiency |
| - |
Assist plants in development of plant specific procedures to test equipment performance for baseline and degradation |
| - |
Assist plants in identifying opportunities for performance enhancement |
| - |
Assist plants in scheduling maintenance activities at intervals that optimize plant performance and maintenance costs |
| - |
Responsible for activities for performance management projects |
| - |
Provide necessary engineering support on new business development projects |
| - |
Less experience will be considered as Performance/Industrial Engineering Manager |
Job Requirements:
| - |
Degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline |
| - |
At least 7-15 years' experience in manufacturing with 5 years or more in industrial engineering and senior management role |
| - |
Experience in HDD industry and high volume manufacturing operations |
| - |
Knowledge in lean manufacturing, six sigma, ISO standard & etc. |
| - |
Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills |
| - |
Excellent time management & project management skills |
| - |
Good analytical and problem-solving skills |
| - |
Proactive and good team player |
| - |
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) |
