Supplier Quality Manager
Work Location : Shenzhen, China
Job Responsibilities:
| - |
Manage supplier quality groups and IQC for all incoming raw materials’ quality |
| - |
Deal with customer to develop new suppliers and identify new material parts meeting requirements of both our customer and our Group |
| - |
Develop inspection methodology, guidelines and sampling plan for material inspection control |
| - |
Monitor suppliers’ performance with score card system and drive for the suppliers’ corrective actions and continuous improvement |
| - |
Audit & follow up the suppliers’ corrective actions on site when necessary |
Job Requirements:
| - |
Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines |
| - |
At least 8 years’ relevant experience in supplier quality management with at least 3 years’ managerial experience in manufacturing field, preferably in automotive area |
| - |
With good grasp of requirements in Automotive business |
| - |
Proficient in environmental and quality management standards like ISO14000 and ISO/TS16949 |
| - |
Understanding in material manufacturing process, clean room control & know-how as well as environmental regulations |
| - |
Familiar with Lean Process, SPC, FEMA, MSA, APQP and PPAP |
| - |
Knowledge in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) |
| - |
Proficient in Microsoft office like Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Access |
| - |
Good team building, presentation and communication skills |
| - |
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) |
