Work Location : Shenzhen, China
Job Responsibilities:

Improve work process to meet the output plan per PMC's schedule |

Implement auto-buffing and vision system and reduce unnecessary downtime |
| - |
Review production capacity and improve the OQA quality acceptance |
| - |
Provide necessary support in both labor force and technical support to NPI team |
Job Requirements:
| - |
Degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines |
| - |
Min.10 years in managerial position with operations experience in the high precision component operations such as stamping, plastics mold, CNC machining, SMT and FPC etc. |
| - |
Strong leadership and good communication skills |
| - |
Sensitive to figures |
| - |
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin |
